Recruitment Manager
SUMMARY
Our client who operates in businesses relating to IT Services, Online Gaming, F&B and Entertainment industries, is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and supervise restaurant policies and procedures based on personnel management practices in the Singapore region.
Customize recruitment solutions based on the talent requirements of the restaurant, organize and execute recruitment activities. Identify, select, establish, and maintain appropriate recruitment channels, continuously exploring and utilizing various recruitment channels to meet the talent needs of the restaurant.
Establish and continuously optimize interview structures and question banks based on the company\'s job requirements for various positions.
Responsible for establishing a succession plan and talent pool mechanism.
Lead the HR department in conducting personnel work related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree or above from a reputable university, with at least 5 years of HR management experience, including a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
Proficient in recruitment strategy planning, with expertise in high-level position recruitment and mapping.
Strong team player, capable of making independent judgments and insights on people and matters, and proactive in communication to drive work progress.
Enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent in both English & Chinese language.
