We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Recruitment Manager to develop strategic plans and system implementation to support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
You will be responsible for:
Supervise, drive, and grow the recruiting team
Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures
Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
Recommend and execute action plans to improve the employer brand
Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs
Building up the company\xe2\x80\x99s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
Other ad-hoc duties may apply
Requirements
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
