URGENT Contract period : Immediate (1 year)

Working hours : Mon – Fri : 8.30am -6pm with an hour lunch break Responsibilities:  Arrange with the tertiary education institutes (i.e. junior colleges, ITE, polytechnics and universities) and selected secondary schools the details of the recruitment outreach sessions (e.g. date and venue)  Coordinate the publicity efforts for the recruitment outreach sessions  Manage the nomination and selection of RSN ambassadors  Liaise with the selected ambassadors on their availability and scheduling them for the recruitment outreach sessions  Assist the RSN ambassadors in the content preparation for the recruitment outreach sessions  Assist in the coordination of the conduct of the recruitment outreach sessions on the actual day  Arrange and coordinate for additional base visits  Assist in the expected surge for screening and processing  Assist in NRC in ad-hoc projects/tasks  Assist in designing of electronic direct mailer for recruitment visit/seminar publicity

Minimum Requirements:  Good language proficiency (Spoken and written)  Diploma Holder in any discipline. Salary ranges from $2,200 - $2,300 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.  Min 3 years of working experience in HR administration and/or events planning  Good attention to detail and accuracy  Possess good analytics and problem-solving skills  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Proficient in Abode Photoshop
