Job Description

• Salary: Up to $5000++ (Basic + Commission)
• 5 Working days: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm / 8:00am to 5:30pm / 9:00am to 6:30pm
• Location: Jurong East (within 10mins walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives.
• Liaise with respective clients and hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
• Manage the aspects of recruitment, including review job descriptions, post job advertisement, schedule interviews, conduct interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Additional requirements:

• CEI certified would be an advantage
• Strong passion in sales and recruitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
