Job Description

• 5 days, 9am - 6pm (Fully WFH)
• Basic $2500 - $3000 + Commission (Threshold will be 2.5 x basic)
• Office located at Paya Lebar

• Must with CEI (FDW) certified
• Experience in the employment industry or at least 2 years of sales experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field

Role Description:

• Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
• Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
• Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
• Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
• Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)
• Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
