Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team KPIs
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Strengthen client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to management
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and drive business growth
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience (agency preferred)
Proven experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters
Strong client management and candidate sourcing skills
Target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
