Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (not required but good to have).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
  

What You Will Do

• Facilitate client calibration calls.
• Collaborate with sourcing team on strategies to bring in applicant flow.
• Ensure that quality candidates are matched with clients – lead QA calls.
• Conduct coaching sessions with recruiters.
• Handle internal vacancies (non-billable GoTeam roles).
• Handle projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist the Recruitment Manager when catching up with clients and whenever there are client escalations.
• Take on recruiters’ duties when they are on leave, to ensure business continuity.
