We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Acquisition Manager to join our Lazada/RedMart Singapore Grocery Team. To help us expand our product offerings and grow our business, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and onboarding new vendors to our platform.


This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head Of Acquisition.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies to expand our product assortment and meet customer demand. Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new vendors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with the Category team to promote new products and drive sales growth during incubation period. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to ensure that our product offerings remain competitive and relevant.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management in an e-commerce or retail environment Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills. * Customer service oriented (Customers are Sellers and Suppliers in this role).
