  • Core Function: Serve as an internal consultant for Warehouse Operations Re-Engineering studies, focusing on space, process, resources, and systems to enhance cost efficiency, quality, and service levels, thereby boosting business profitability and organic growth. Utilize business insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Track Record: Successfully manage and deliver multiple complex projects concurrently in operational functions such as logistics, warehouse operations, and automation solutions across various industry verticals. Demonstrated expertise in project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Employ a structured re-engineering improvement methodology, including planning, analysis, problem-solving, and optimization, for technical engineering-driven projects. Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify trends and key drivers, and make informed recommendations for process enhancements and solution options. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills and techniques in both business and technical environments, with the ability to clarify success criteria, collaboratively develop solutions, evaluate progress, and drive effective action to achieve business goals. Facilitate project interaction and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various business units across the organization to drive process improvements, providing guidance, support, and training to implement best practices. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure successful implementation of re-engineered processes.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed in this role:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics, warehouse, and supply chain management at a managerial level or higher, with a focus on both strategic and hands-on service delivery. Candidates with similar relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in a multi-functional, multi-site, and multi-country environment.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D design software and simulation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Visual Components, Llamasoft, CAST, etc.
  • Knowledge of business process and operation coding is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, including analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, business presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint, collaboration applications, and business/technical writing using Microsoft Word styles and templates.
  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, or a related engineering and supply chain field.
