As an intern in REFASH, you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building REFASH\'s branding. This is an internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months. You should be able to commit on a full-time basis (Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm). Responsibilities

  • Assist digital team on planning and execution of online marketing campaigns
  • Strategise, plan and execute new areas of growth for online
  • Copywriting for both online and offline marketing collaterals
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
  • Plan and execute content for all our social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Assist e-commerce operations team to manage online operations:
    • Product on-boarding
      • Shoot and measure merchandise
      • Edit product images
      • Upload products
      • Order fulfilment
  • Additional tasks (you might be tasked to take up responsibilities in the following areas)
    • Assist in major offline sale events
    • Retail stores management


Qualifications
  • Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
  • Preference for students studying marketing and/or communications but not mandatory
  • Previous internship experience in marketing, advertising, or communications is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and has good time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Additional Information
Salary Range and leave benefits:
  • $1,000 monthly allowance
  • Paid leave: every 1 month of internship = 0.5 days
  • Medical leave: 7 days
  • Birthday leave: 0 days
