The Role
As Studio Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, team leadership, and member experience of the studio. You will play a key role in driving member retention, sales performance, and studio growth, while maintaining strong brand and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio operations and scheduling
- Deliver a high-quality client and member experience
- Drive member retention, referrals, and revenue growth
- Support trials, memberships, and sales conversations
- Lead, motivate, and support the coaching team
- Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and standards
- Track and report on basic studio KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Strong passion for fitness, Pilates, and boutique studios
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-based management preferred
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on relationships and retention
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Upskilling & Development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
