Roles & Responsibilities Scope and Responsibilities

• Establish strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor with senior clients
• Strengthen client relationship to ensure retention and growth by delivering famously effective work through understanding the client’s business, challenges and threats in the market
• Plan and actively support the development of the strategic direction for the assigned client accounts
• Manage all aspects of the campaigns/creative work and ensure work is delivered based on set timelines and agreed costs
• Take accountability to effectively manage and grow set revenue targets and ensure cost effectiveness across the team
• Manage the account management team to ensure they build strong relationships with their counterparts and deliver outstanding work and quality of service
• Continuously mentor, motivate and develop the team to support their personal/career growth and development within the agency
• Ensure clear and accurate briefs are taken from clients, identify potential issues and problems at an early stage, brief all involved stakeholders and manage the project/campaign to finding a client acceptable and feasible solution
• Regularly review and provide accurate phasing of budgets to ensure forecast and capacity/resource reports are accurate – work closely with other stakeholders (i.e. HR, Finance, Creative, Planning) on resource planning and determine optimal staffing assignments for new initiatives
• Take charge in leading contract and fee negotiation with clients with support from commercial finance
