Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our pretigious clients team as the Sales and Partner Director.As our client continues to expand its leadership in the ASEAN region, this role will be critical in driving our growth. Based in Singapore, this is a quota-carrying position responsible for selling solutions to media and enterprise customers across ASEAN countries, including Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.We are looking for a technology enthusiast who is eager to help companies both new and established build and grow their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably within the media or enterprise SaaS sales sector in the region.You should be highly motivated, exceptionally organized, collaborative, creative, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a sales pipeline to oversee customer lead intake, outbound activities, prioritization, and track deal metrics.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, offering support and guidance on product and solution offerings to achieve shared objectives.
  • Secure new high-value partnerships through effective relationship-building and commercial negotiations. Identify, recruit, and onboard VAR and OEM partners with specific market expertise to expand revenue and market share in APAC.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a broad network of relationships with business unit leaders across companies and industry sectors.
  • Craft and present compelling value propositions for the platform.
  • Collaborate with virtual territory teams to execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare territory plans, deal overviews, and contract summaries for key stakeholders.

  • 8+ years experience in sales, ideally for a leading software or enterprise platform sales company, with experience in media/enterprise SAAS platform.
  • Possess a strong sales background that enables you to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.
  • Experience with partners in SEA, India and Australia is a plus
  • Strong product and company presentation and demonstration skills
  • Domain expertise in ad-supported Media/Video use cases is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful six-figure sales and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to instigate, carry through, and close deals.
  • Deep knowledge of GTM models, including sell with, sell to, sell through, co-branding, and OEM
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the box in terms of deal structure and framework.
  • An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products and services.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
