Effectively manage all processes related to ASA Logistics Planning to ensure best-in-class customer service to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty for the Asia Pacific region.


Scope of work includes cost efficient balancing of demand and supply as well as ensuring proper availability of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers.





Regular demand planning of stocked items destined for sales and repair activities Perform spare part and swap material replenishment from internal and external suppliers Ensure timely, accurate and proactive communication with respect to part demands and inventory level Coordinate shipment of after-sales products and parts Initiate extraordinary procurement actions in case of unscheduled part demands Align special orders or exceptional supply needs with other regions and BT-BU/CLP Support product life cycle management (product service launch, planning, forecasting, EoL, EoS) Coordinate stock reconciliation process and perform required bookings Warehouse management Contribute actively to process improvements


Job Qualification



Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience in logistics or after-sales operations will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in after-sales logistics, service parts planning, or supply chain coordination, ideally within the electronics industry. Solid understanding of logistics operations, spare parts planning and service support processes. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and familiarity with inventory control, demand forecasting, and order management. Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support operational decision-making. * Knowledge of regional customs regulations, import/export requirements, and 3PL management.
