Reporting directly to the Regional PC Digital Manager, he/she will co-create the SEA region-specific digital strategy and create digital and e-commerce assets for Total Personal Care brands (Senka, Tsubaki, FINO, Ma Cherie, New Brands), as well as to drive new initiatives to experiment and pilot across the digital marketplace, social commerce and retailer.com space. The team is responsible for driving and delivering total SEA FineToday Regional e-commerce strategy, roadmap & e-commerce communication toolkits to accelerate the growth of e-commerce in the region. The role includes visibility to senior stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT
Lead development of regional Brand Day asset creation for SEA region
Lead development of regional E-Commerce asset creation and guidelines of new product launches/ new brand launches/ brand renewal for SEA region
Represent SEA interests to Global brand team & ensure that new innovations and communications fulfil SEA needs
Tracking and processing e-commerce budget and spends
BRINGING FINETODAY BRANDS TO LIFE WITHIN THE DIGITAL SPACE
Support Digital Manager in pilot projects to test ideas and develop best practices for the region for marketplace, social commerce and retailer.com.e.g. AI livestream pilot, TikTok Shop new brand launch
Support Digital Manager in developing E-Commerce Strategy for the region i.e. Drive regional platform priorities, pricing strategy and guidelines based on regional consumer insights and competitor best practices.
Lead sourcing and ideation of E-Commerce exclusive gifting for the region.
TRACKING E-COMMERCE GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY
Support Digital Manager on regional E-Commerce marketing data reporting and recommend actionable insights within the E-Commerce team to grow brand market share and sales
Support Digital Manager in monthly analysis of E-Commerce data for the SEA region
Regular monitoring of regional campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics and evaluate profitability
Support Digital Manager in optimizing regional E-commerce profitability by optimizing E-commerce P&L via trade terms negotiation.
Familiarize with regional E-Commerce seller centres and dashboards to draw insights
Monitor and partner local markets to ensure content / execution excellence across E-Commerce platforms
KEY INTERFACES
Reports to Regional Personal Care Digital Manager
Partners with the 6 Local E-commerce teams in the SEA cluster
Partners with the Regional Brand Holder team in Singapore
Assists partnering with Global Brand Holder team in Japan (for specific collaboration projects)
Creative agencies, Digital agencies and other 3rd party suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years-experience in a Digital Marketing or E-commerce Role within FMCG. Preference for beauty/ personal care experience
Experience in Regional or Global E-commerce Marketing for brand(s)
Experience & knowledge in SEA
