They are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Brand Manager to join their team and help them continue to grow and strengthen their brand presence in South East Asia.

About the Role:

As the Regional Brand Manager and individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement within SEA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives and campaigns. Your primary goal will be to elevate the brand\'s position and impact in the regional market while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • . Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive regional brand strategies that align with the company\'s overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • . Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and potential opportunities or threats. Use data-driven insights to inform brand strategies.
  • . Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the regional product portfolio aligns with brand objectives and meets local consumer demands.
  • . Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored to the regional market. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • . Budget Management: Manage the regional brand budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
  • . Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, and supply chain, to ensure the successful launch and distribution of products.
  • . Brand Guidelines: Ensure brand consistency by adhering to global brand guidelines while adapting them to the regional market\'s cultural and consumer preferences.
  • . Consumer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with local consumers through digital marketing, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • . Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using KPIs and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
The successful applicant:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
