Adecco is partnering with a MNC Freight Forwarding Company, and we are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager (APAC, F&B Sector) to join their business! Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: East region, Changi South Street 2
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package: up to $9,500 basic + Commission + $80 Mobile + $800 Transport + AWS + VB

The Job

• Vertical Focus: F&B Sector.
• Regions Focus: Southeast Asia & Oceania.
• Develop and grow the company products and service for logistics and freight forwarding services in Import (Ocean and Air), Export (Ocean and Air), Distribution and Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance and Customers Brokerage.
• Cold calling and schedule meeting with potential customers.
• Lead presentation and prepare bids to secure sales with customers (Sales Proposals, Tenders, Request For Quotation).

The Talent

• Possess Degree in related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of field sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
• Proven record of accomplishment of sales achievements.
