Headquartered in Singapore with overseas teams in key markets like Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B and B2C sales of aquaculture products, tech, and franchises across SEA.
Identify and engage franchisees, farms, and agriculture partners to grow revenue.
Conduct market research, attend site visits, and deliver tailored proposals.
Support M&A activities by sourcing potential agricultural/aquacultural partners.
Work closely with HQ leadership and local teams to hit regional growth targets.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture, aquaculture, food production, or trading.
Established network within the agritech/agriculture industry preferred.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and systems-oriented.
Able to travel regionally and thrive in a hybrid work setting.
