Across a vast array of drilling riser systems, well abandonment equipment and services, Claxton delivers pragmatic, safe reliable solutions to the operating challenges faced by our clients. We have a Global team with a singular mission, to make our clients projects happen.Due to continued growth, Claxton are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the regional management team, based in Singapore on a full-time permanent basis. This exciting position would suit an experienced all rounder, with a passion for supporting the growth plan for our business across the Decommissioning and Offshore Wind Markets. If you have a proven track record of delivery across BD, Sales and Client Management, along with experience of working in the South East Asia region, we would love to hear from you.Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement with Existing Clients, Agents, Suppliers and Partners to drive Sales Growth
• Qualify and Win New business with new clients, focusing on profitable solutions
• Expand product offering into new markets and geographies
• Provide general support as part of management team for operational delivery and performance

• Experienced in APAC region with track record of success
• Experience of Decommissioning Sector and broader energy sector
• Management level experience with general experience in business functions - Sales/Ops/Projects and Reporting
• Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PR) in Singapore are encouraged to apply
