Regional Business Manager/Area Manager - Animal Nutrition

We are looking for a Private Label (PL) Team Lead/Manager to effectively lead and oversee our PL Account team in managing and serving our existing and new/potential clients, negotiating with customers, and organizing or providing technical training or guidance about the products. Shall also be responsible to coordinate the design and production of products for private labels. Ensures that the PL Account team meets sales and profit goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PL Account team, Sales and Marketing team to drive growth and achieve all goals and targets.
• Lead the development of merchandising strategies, budgets, sales targets, and profit objectives to meet the sales and profit goals.
• Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from the PL customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues, this includes allocating new accounts and tasks to team members
• Design new programs for clients and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Lead and oversee the team in managing client’s account financial aspects such as contracts, budget, pricing, and other sales proposal activities and provide support to them.
• Provide supervision and training to PL Account Management team members to achieve the company’s profit generation targets.
• Identify and explore new markets to widen the market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.

• BA/BS in Animal Nutrition or any related course or any business courses with background or experience in agriculture or pet food manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OEM, contract manufacturing, or private label
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management capacity
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in RCA
• Ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
