As a Regional Client Account Director (Team Lead), you will be leading a team of Account Managers covering several important clients in the financial services industries (FSI; banks, asset managers, insurers, etc). Partnering with you are our industry leading solutions architect teams and delivery end-to-end experts in operations, marketing and commerce transformation.
You will help to shape capability strategies and plans to drive learning and performance improvement in teams and deliver tangible results. You will support our continued business growth agenda and contributing to our team spirit and unique company culture
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Previous experience gained in a senior sales and/or account management role from a reputable technology companies, preferably in the B2B IT services side.
Expertise and experience across a number of sales areas such as insight, strategy and planning, innovation, digital, content or campaigns.
Strong conceptual and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a team of account managers
Able to demonstrate an understanding/appreciation of how to build client relationships and create client centric solutions.
Commercially astute with good business acumen
