We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Regional Client Service Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end account opening journey for CMB clients, particularly the large corps and ISB clients
  • Prepare account opening packs and liaise with the client and the RM to fulfil all required documents prior to account opening
  • Review account opening drafts and ensure these are all in good order. Coordinate the execution (whether electronic or in physical form) of required KYC documents with the client
  • Complete all data input in core banking system as well as complete screenings of all connected parties related to the entity being onboarded. Liaise with internal risk stewards\xe2\x80\x99 teams for further assistance required in terms of deficient KYC documents and/or information provided by the client
  • Attend client meetings together with the RM (e.g. over calls or in person) to better understand the account opening purpose and explain the overall KYC process of the Bank.
  • Complete account activation and electronic banking setup post KYC completion
  • Markets to where the clients will be onboarded is predominantly in Singapore and across Asia-Pacific for regional onboarding deals that has multi-site account opening requests. Hence, familiarity with Singapore KYC requirements as well as ASP KYC requirements is a must
  • Participate in UAT of and/or support the use of various digital platforms being launched by the Bank to create a seamless and client-centric onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate with various in-country Client Managers to complete the multi-site regional onboarding requests of key regional client groups
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience in KYC / AML
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin
