We\'re looking for a highly driven and motivated Regional Commercial Finance Manager to oversee the end-to-end P&L of our APAC operation based in Singapore. Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to the regional business team in sales, marketing, supply chain and operations departments
• Support and manage annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast
• Perform analysis to assess trend and forecast of business key KPIs
• Control business performance by providing variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results versus forecast/budget/prior year and provide insights on deviations
• Manage the regional working capital and liquidity of the business
• Support business strategies by providing financial analysis/developing financial models to evaluate ad-hoc projects/initiatives including co-own commercial projects and cost-saving/efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in establishing and improving templates, reports and processes
• Manage various other financial topics (inventory accounting, lease capitalisation, etc) to support the team and provide ad-hoc advisory where needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of commercial finance/finance business partner experience in grocery retailing, fmcg or e-commerce industry
• Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Business related subjects. CIMA, ACCA, CPA, ACA qualifications preferred
• Strong analytical skills, ability to extract & analyze data, and presenting to-the-point actionable insights
• Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills; self-motivated, with strong analytical thinking
