Job Description


COMMERCIAL
MoneyHero Group is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive our business development efforts with some of the largest financial institutions (FIs) (we call them "providers"). As the Regional Commercial Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of digital acquisition for Singapore and Malaysia markets, working directly with the Group Head of Commercial and the MoneyHero Group Commercial team. Our ideal candidate is a leader, a team player, is creative and resilient under pressure with the drive and energy to move fast.
What you\'ll do

  • Pitch, sell, negotiate and renegotiate commercial deals with FIs (providers) in Singapore & Malaysia by understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Develop and execute against provider account plans, enabling you and your team to meet and exceed your targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with P&L decision makers / economic buyers at provider organisations, as well as key influencers and supporters (and ensure that relationship web mapping is executed properly)
  • Measure and manage business development progress and build a performance-driven sales culture
  • Monitor the activity of competitors and utilize learnings
  • Ensure the regulatory environment is understood and complied with
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around MoneyHero Group\'s services
  • Lead new initiatives to grow revenue through new activities, campaigns and proposals
  • Assist with ad-hoc account management projects/analysis for management-level initiatives
  • Coordinate internal team on campaign execution and support
Skills and experience which could help
  • 8-12 years work experience in a B2B sales / sales management role
  • Deep knowledge of the core areas in which we operate in the Singapore & Malaysia markets (banking/finance)
  • Proven record of negotiating and securing deals
  • Experience in selling complex, tailored solutions at or to financial institutions
  • Target orientated individual with demonstrable sales experience dealing with B2B providers having demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with providers, with verbal and written communication, analytical written and presentation skills
  • Ability to characterize value of financial products
  • Positive and energetic leader with expertise in managing sales team - hungry, driven and highly self-motivated; not phased by setbacks or complexity
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA or BSc degree in finance, computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions preferred.
  • B2B enterprise technology sales experience
