Regional Commercial Learning & CRM Data Steward

The Regional Commercial Learning & CRM Data Steward serve to facilitate achievement of business goals through Identification of key learning areas and competencies and deployment of proper interventions to ensure retention of the knowledge. He/ She will identify, develop, and deploy required competencies (physical or virtual programs) in the core training categories using adult learning concepts to drive target behavioral changes, knowledge transfer and business outcomes. Deployment of training can be internally driven or in partnership with external agencies.

He/She will also be the Subject Matter Expert all CRM enabled modules and functionalities;driving the development of New Customer Engagement-related (NCEM) strategies and support the countries in execution. He/She will work in close collaboration with Regional Data Analytics Manager APAC and our IT team (IT Digital Lead & Data Engineer) to enable deep customer knowledge and insights through our commercial systems (Veeva CRM, CDP, PowerBI/Rad360 etc.)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees development of training curriculum through collaboration with relevant parties to establish a structured approach on Capability & Knowledge Identification, Development & Assessment.
  • In collaboration with country leadership, determine required competency trainings required by type and level based on employee target profile. This includes salesforce soft skills developments and interventions: Selling skill modules, coaching processes, Product, Clinical and IT/CRM systems.
  • Facilitate the deployment of relevant target trainings according to business needs while anchoring it into the annual training plan for the APAC markets. Manage the learning environment (e.g. time, safety, participant involvement)
  • Sets and determine benchmarks for knowledge, competencies, through deployments of relevant scorecards, score metrics and performance standards with the aim to prescribe trainings and interventions to enhance salesforce skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
  • Represent region APAC in global Radiology Learning & Development (RLD) forum ensuring global developments are compatible with APAC needs
  • Enable and track usage of CRM systems throughout Region APAC through close collaboration with local sales teams and monitoring
  • Acts as the Go-To-Expert for CRM enabled modules and functionalities and is able to train relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Medical).
  • Be proficient in relevant IT tools and/or data analysis platforms like Veeva CRMs, CDP, Xsight, PowerBI, Customer360, etc. to gather knowledge gap insights. Show and support countries how to interpret data points correlating business performance and capability gaps.
  • Design and run CRM-driven reports, define basic Veeva enhancements to improve data quality and improve salesforce adoption
  • Coordinate visits with Sales Managers, Sales Reps, to cascade and strengthen delivered learning interventions, and share observations with their Line Managers and support with follow up conversations (as required)
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelors or Master\'s degree in a quantitative / academic / scientific field
  • Minimum 2 years of Pharmaceutical or MedTech training experience
  • 3 years + of Commercial Sales in Pharmaceutical or MedTech.
  • Accreditation/experience in conducting/facilitating Training
  • Creation of online learning content and administration of LMS systems desirable
  • Experience with administration of Veeva CRM or any other CRM applications a plus
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English plus native-level command of local language
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and team skills combined with excellent business acumen (planning, execution, Marketing & Sales know-how) with a strong Customer focus
  • Experience in regional work, understanding the difference of the Customers need
