Are you eager to kickstart your career in luxury retail operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Regional Commercial team based in Singapore as a Commercial Operations Intern, starting in January 2026.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of Commercial Operations in one of the leading Maisons in the luxury industry, supporting the smooth execution of sales processes and acting as a key coordinator on all regional operational excellence projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about regional commercial strategies, project management, and process improvement. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Performance Senior Manager, you will work closely with central and local Commercial Operations team to support commercial activities across our boutiques.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Commercial Operations Support

  • Support the team in becoming a regional point of contact for commercial operations topics, liaising with local markets and HQ teams, and developing your understanding of retail processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of new tools, rituals, and ways of working, collaborating with boutiques and office teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Help identify actions that improve sales processes, customer satisfaction and boutique productivity, challenging status quo in an effective manner.
  • Ensure consistent quality of operations tools and processes across all touchpoints.
Project Monitoring & Roll-Out
  • Coordinate Retail Excellence initiatives across SEAO.
  • Maintain up-to-date project trackers and manage project accordingly (i.e., timely updates, deliverables, etc).
  • Facilitate effective roll-out of HQ initiatives and support local teams in adapting and implementing changes.
  • Check-in and gather feedback from commercial counterparts to ensure ongoing engagement.
Commercial Performance and Business presentations
  • In close collaboration with the Regional Business Analyst executive, actively contribute to the team's commercial performance reporting by assisting with the regular update of key dashboards.
  • Support on the compilation of data, formatting reports, and creation of clear and impactful commercial presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage several tasks, timelines, stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about luxury retail operations and project management.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with strong collaborative spirit to navigate and foster strong working relationship a matrix organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required.
