The Company
Our client is a global multinational leader in the medical devices and life sciences equipment sector. As part of their continued growth across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), they are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Compliance Manager to join their dynamic and high-performing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Compliance Director, the Regional Compliance Manager will serve as a trusted partner to commercial, marketing, and operational teams across the APJ region.
Core responsibilities include

• Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance-related matters across the business
• Develop and implement regional compliance programs, including training, communications, and awareness campaigns
• Conduct internal investigations in line with global standards and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assess their implications on business operations
• Oversee risk assessment processes to identify potential compliance gaps and develop mitigation strategies
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of compliance controls and initiatives across the region
• Act as a liaison between global compliance and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and execution of key initiatives

Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in law or related discipline with the following relevant experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant compliance experience within the medical devices or life sciences industry
• Strong regional experience with exposure across APAC markets
• Proven ability to manage investigations and deliver practical, business-aligned compliance solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 20%) based on business needs
• Adaptable, collaborative, and confident working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
