We develop, design, manufacture, and distribute quality products and we collaborate with reliable supplier partners to offer the best service and solutions.OVERALL ROLE PURPOSEThe Regional Demand Planner is fully engaged in making forecast and analyzing them for regional offices. To Introduce and continuous education of planning and demand forecasting process. Implementation and maintenance of inventory management strategies for existing items, new products and product phase outs. The RDP is always in touch with several regional offices to review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. To be proactive in reviewing slow moving, excess and obsolete stock for relevant actions. To reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production-related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes. To balance demand and supply needs of the regional countries, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required.To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of advance mathematical and forecasting policies.The Regional Demand Planner is the integration point in the sales and commercial organization. Basic forecast modeling is the responsibility of this position. This position leads the dialogue each month for their respective customers and products with key counterparts in Sales and Marketing in regional offices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • To analyze and manage the demand forecast.
  • To review and maintain planning tools and parameters.
  • To Introduce and continuous education of planning and demand forecasting process.
  • To define action plans and drive continuous improvements in methods and tools and monitor their implementation.
  • To balance demand and supply needs of the regional countries, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required.
  • To analyze and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans.
  • To reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production-related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes.
  • To prepare analytical inventory reports for monthly meeting.
  • To maintain and report KPI's i.e. forecast accuracy, in-stocks/out of stocks, on time delivery etc.
  • To be proactive in reviewing slow moving, excess and obsolete stock for relevant actions.
  • To support activities related to new product introductions, end of life management, fill rate management.
  • To build and maintain relationships with planning and replenishment teams in regional offices.

  • Working Knowledge of ERP
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • At least a Diploma in Purchase Management or any related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Professional qualification in procurement/purchasing and supplies management from a recognized institution
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
