This role sits in the Digital Marketing team and would be reporting to the Head of Performance and Operations of SEAO region
The job scope includes managing 8 markets campaign calendar, contact plans and schedules across CRM (Paid & Owned) in order to drive business KPIs for Samsung smartphone and consumer electronics categories.
Role and Responsibilities
Management and Oversight of Marketing Campaigns (50%)
Manages and drives end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across SEAO
Oversee local market calendar planning and contact plan against regional and HQ strategy and blueprints
Review HQ toolkit and campaign execution guide against regional MarTech stack and CRM capability, and assess operational feasibility
Manage campaign deployment, calendar management, measurement, and analytics to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Define and Govern against regional guidelines to deliver an improved One Samsung experience for our customers, throttling marketing campaigns across different product lines where necessary.
Manage agency, internal and cross-functional team to meet milestones, deadlines and scheduling for multiple projects in parallel, updating stakeholders with progress and decisions. (Data, strategy, production, and creative)
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, driving continuous optimization of CRM operations.
Understands and is aware of industry best practices in email advertising, and implements these best practices
Demonstrates knowledge on customer segmentation, campaign management and reporting
Optimization of campaigns and operation efficiency ( 30% )
Works with data team to understand campaign performance, maximizing value from customer interactions by adhering to data driven marketing approaches
Monitor campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying risks, following up with mitigation strategies as needed.
Engages with agencies, understand workflows, institutionalize best practices, and ways of working and ensures backups and records of best practices are kept in order to facilitate new onboarders.
Martech and Platform Management ( 10% )
Raise MarTech issues linked to operational feasibility and execution of campaigns (Platform, Data & Reporting).
Escalates MarTech performance issues and ensures timely resolution.
Admin and reporting ( 10% )
Draft decks on weekly / monthly campaign execution & its performance
Manages team budget and vendors
Skills and Qualifications
Digital Marketing & CRM: Have experience in CRM and data-driven marketing across strategy, media & technology
Audience Segmentation Expertise: Familiarity with audience segmentation and a passion for understanding consumer insights, translating them into actionable business ideas to drive campaign effectiveness.
Independent & Strategic Thinker: Independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature, possessing strategic thinking, multi-tasking, and decision-making abilities essential for regional operations & campaign success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross functions and teams, suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, and media owners, ensuring cohesive campaign execution.
Project Management: Strong project management experience. Prior regional experience in managing a central centre of excellence and marketing operations team is a plus
