Purpose

Reporting to the regional President, be the centre of excellence to local teams and key channel partners and driver of growth for strategic products and solutions, including vertical offerings.

Understand the current trends and future market requirements and develop the strategic direction of the overall portfolio in Asia Pacific in collaboration with global product management.

Be the technology evangelist for Kramer\'s new hardware and software products including the new AV Ecosystem Platform (Panto Rhei).

Drive market engagement, support pipeline development and help win large projects within the Asia Pacific region in collaboration with local sales teams, channel partners and third-party vendors.

Acquire new end customers, partner, and consultants by winning them over from competitors and discovering or creating new opportunities.

Your Role

Develop the regional infrastructure and enablement programs to promote the growth of Kramer\'s products and solutions through local sales teams, channel partners and consultants.

Lead and develop competencies and capabilities of the pre-sales team to improve the knowledge of Kramer\'s products and solutions, both internally and externally.

Support local sales and marketing teams, as well as key channel partners, on developing market engagement, demonstrations, events or other customer facing activities.

Develop detailed presentations and solution designs that show the value and benefits or Kramer\'s products or solutions to channel partners and end customers.

Drive the successful launch, introduction and expansion of new products and solutions including 3rd party products and assist in product launch and product management.

Assist in the creation of key sales and marketing tools and training materials to drive revenue through the enablement of sales, channels and consultants.

Your Education & Experience

  • At least 15 or more years of experience in multi-national company (B2B Technology).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with countries in APAC.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 70% of the time, depending on the location
  • Technically able to converse with C-Suite and CIO, CTO and AV Consultants.
  • Professional, able to work independently and remotely, manage time and priorities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and sales environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid sales or technical experience in Telecom, AV or UCC industry.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
  • Fluent and Mandarin Chinese or other Asian Languages.
