We're hiring a

Regional Director, Southeast Asia (SEA)

to drive business growth, client acquisition, and brand positioning for our HR solutions in Singapore. This senior role is critical in expanding our presence across key sectors- technology, finance, healthcare, and professional services- while navigating Singapore's dynamic employment landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and grow client accounts across the region. Promote HR solutions (RPO, executive search, workforce consulting) to MNCs, SMEs, and government-linked bodies. Build strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and HR stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events and career fairs. Customize proposals and negotiate contracts, aligning with Singapore's employment compliance standards (e.g., MOM, Tripartite Guidelines). Monitor market trends, including talent shortages, foreign workforce policies (EP/SPass changes), and competitor activity. Oversee digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Glints, Google Ads, etc. Ensure compliance with MOM policies and Singapore employment standards.

Experiences:

At least 10-15 years in consulting, recruitment, or business development (Singapore/APAC focus). Degree in Business, HR, or Marketing. Experience with regional setup and expansion. Strong track record with enterprise clients and stakeholder engagement. Data-driven with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) experience. Deep knowledge of MOM, FCF, PDPA regulations.
