This role will be responsible for:
Managing a regional P/L within a matrix organisation
Developing and implementing a regional strategy inline with global expectations
Continued revenue expansion bring the business back and beyond pre COVID numbers
- Team leadership and development skills - Team members will be based across the region
Expansion of the brand portfolio to included existing and new products
Costumer management with some of the most influential retailers in the TR sector (China being a major focus)
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in the FMCG sector - Spirits, Confectioneries, Tobacco, Personal/Beauty Care
A proven track-record expanding a business in the China market as well as SEA
Experience managing a diverse regional team within a matrix organisation
Developed negotiation skills with retail clients in the travel retail sector
- Well developed leaderships - mentoring, hiring and developing staff
A healthy combination of hand-on and strategic skills
