We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Regional Display, Performance Marketing Manager (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a key member of our APAC Online Marketing team, responsible for managing large and smaller hyperlocal networks alike on a regional scale. This person must also strive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

What's on your plate:

  • Be responsible for all regional Display & Video campaigns
  • Working cross functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns
  • Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Display performance marketing (Web & App)
  • Advanced knowledge of Online Advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (e.g. Google Ads, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer etc)
  • Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking and the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance
  • You have a proven track record of working at well-funded Internet companies and have experience with budget allocation and optimization
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
  • Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, with extraordinary logical thinking skills
  • An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus.
  • Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
