Position : Regional E-Commerce Brand Manager

Location: RAFFLES PLACE

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 9am to 6pm

Salary: $7,000 - $10,000

Job Summary: Our company would like to start our business expansion on e-commerce in Southeast Asia. We plan to sell Furniture and household items, outdoor products, 3C products, pet supplies and etc.

Job Scope

• Lead the planning, execution special projects, ensuring they align with the company\'s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Singapore, Malaysia and Regional teams.
• Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Engage with C-Level / senior leadership to drive key agenda and initiatives.
• Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators.
• Manage eCommerce website and online marketplaces, logistics, sale & marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate with platform partners to optimize brands\' visibility and conversion opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the brand strategy.
• Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing and advertising initiatives to optimize spending and achieve desired results.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related field.
• Minimum of 5-9+ years of brand management experience in the Health & Beauty, Electrical Appliances, outdoor items, or pet supplies sector will be preferred.
• Experienced to establish a new brand or store in Southeast Asia (Preferred).
• Be familiar with Southeast Asia e-commerce industry trends, e-commerce platform, E-Commerce Enabler, and logistics.
• All-rounder in sale & marketing, logistics , familiar with e-commerce platform in southeast Asia not just Singapore.
• Need to occupy in each company for at least 3 years.
