:THE COMPANYOur Client is a renowned organisation in the Construction & Energy sector with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Regional EHS Manager/Director as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Global Director.THE ROLEThe Regional EHS Manager/Director is responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure adherence to safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with site managers across the region to ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of regional & leadership experience in EHS for construction or field service operations.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
