Regional Finance Director

Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee P&L budget process including reporting of monthly/quarterly results with variance explanations
- Manage all aspects of the HLD consolidation process, including month and quarter end close
- Work with Strategic Planning to formulate 5-year P&L forecast and midterm direction/guiding principles for the division
- Increase operating profit by providing business insights through data/advanced analytics and influencing decisions
- Partner with IT on digital transformation and process improvement of close and budgeting process
- Set accounting policy following IFRS Accounting Standards and collaborate with partners throughout the organization
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with certified professional membership/qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably from manufacturing industries
- Computer/IT knowledge in accounting systems (SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 preferred) Strong management, leadership, organizational and planning skills
- Global mindset with and understanding of diversity and working with different cultures
- Persistent self-starter who is excited to guide cross functional teams through complex analysis
