About the RoleAs the Regional Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and operational finance across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Youxe2x80x99ll bring your strong technical expertise to streamline processes like Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ensuring the organizationxe2x80x99s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial reporting and statutory compliance for the region, ensuring adherence to local regulations and global standards.
  • Oversee operational finance processes, including OTC and P2P, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Business partner closely with the FP&A Manager to ensure accurate financial information is shared for management reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance across all jurisdictions.
  • Mentor and develop finance teams across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
What Wexe2x80x99re Looking For
  • Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, CPA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Started your career in a Big 4 audit firm and transitioned into a commercial role.
  • Minimum 8xe2x80x9310 years of finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting, statutory compliance, and operational finance.
  • Proven expertise in the medical devices industry is essential.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and proficiency in OTC and P2P processes.
  • Attributes: A detail-oriented leader with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
