:The CompanyOur client is a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of specialty chemicals with an established presence across Asia, US, Europe and Middle East. As part of their expansion plans globally, they are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee their regional office in Singapore.The RoleReporting to the CFO and Regional Managing Director, you will manage lean team and be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting for the Singapore regional office. Your responsibilities include the full spectrum of controllership including AP, AR, GL, month end closing, financial, statutory and management reporting, variance analysis, reconciliation, intercompany, fixed assets and cash management. You will also ensure compliance to internal controls, liaise with external auditors and tax agents.This is a highly visible role, and you will take the lead in driving finance and process related projects within the organization (eg. process efficiency, ERP system implementation, BEPS transfer pricing) as well as supporting the Regional Managing Director on adhoc analysis and identifying areas of opportunities and risk for the business.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA and the following relevant experience

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting within an MNC environment
• Regional exposure or experience working with regional subsidiaries/entities
• Exposure within the chemical, trading or manufacturing industry will be highly preferred
• Proven managerial experience
• Exposure in transfer pricing/BEPS and SAP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be hands-on, flexible and work in a less structured environment. Prior experience in setting up and implementing work processes and policies will be highly advantageous
