Regional Consolidation:
Spearheading the integration of financial outcomes and managerial reporting across the ASEAN region, ensuring precision, uniformity, and alignment with corporate protocols.
Partnering with finance teams in respective countries to ensure punctual and precise submission of financial information.Financial Planning & Analysis:
Overseeing the creation and amalgamation of yearly budgets and regular forecasts for the region.
Crafting financial models and analyses to bolster strategic ventures and facilitate business decisions.
Tracking and scrutinizing the financial performance of subsidiaries, pinpointing patterns, and offering actionable insights to enhance business efficacy.Management Reporting:
Generating and disseminating prompt and precise managerial reports, encompassing monthly and quarterly financial evaluations for regional and corporate leadership.
Guaranteeing adherence to corporate reporting criteria and deadlines.Business Partnering:
Serving as a pivotal finance ally to regional and national management teams, furnishing financial counsel and assistance.
Conducting annual reviews of audit findings and audited financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and facilitating the resolution of audit-related issues.
Collaborating with multifunctional teams to stimulate business efficacy and accomplish financial objectives.
Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the region.Job RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:
Possesses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/CPA /CA /ACCA
Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with audit and regional consolidation experience
Familiar with SEA would be an added advantage
