marine works sector

, known for delivering large-scale coastal, reclamation, and geotechnical projects across Southeast Asia and beyond.





They specialize in dredging, land reclamation, and marine construction. With a strong pipeline of regional projects.





You'll be joining a technically driven team with deep expertise in engineering execution, international project delivery, and operational excellence.

Base location

: Singapore (when not deployed).

Rotation during deployment

: 2 months on site, followed by 1 month off.

All travel, accommodation, and meals provided during overseas deployment

. Competitive base salary + overseas project allowances.
During non-deployment periods, you will be based at the

Singapore office

, contributing to project planning, coordination, and technical preparation.





The role follows a

2-month on-site / 1-month off rotation

when stationed abroad.

Overview

Lead the design and engineering for marine dredging, reclamation, and coastal projects across the region. Manage design teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver technically sound, cost-effective solutions that meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee design development, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with maritime and environmental regulations. Lead hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural marine designs using modern tools Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities to resolve design challenges. Manage and mentor design engineers and drafters. Present design concepts to clients and ensure timely delivery of design packages. Control design budgets and optimize resource allocation. Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement in design processes. Drive sustainable and innovative design practices.

Requirements

Degree in Civil, Marine, or Coastal Engineering. 5 years' experience in marine/reclamation design and project management. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design principles. Proficient in AutoCAD and design software; familiar with BIM/GIS. Able to travel regionally for site visits and client meetings.
