Job Purpose

Head of HR Analytics, Platforms, and Rewards & Performance provides input, support & advice on HR analytics and HR digital platforms (Success factors) with a focus on building up the digital and analytics capabilities for the HR function in the region. You will drive, execute, provide thought leadership and direction in the rewards and performance area.

What you do

Analytics and platforms: - * You will lead and drive the HR digital agenda for the Asia Pacific Region through change management, process re-design, usage of EMP modules (including SAP SuccessFactors) and high-quality data.

  • You will build up and augment the HR data analytics capabilities in the region, driving a data culture in the function by leading the development and implementation of HR analytics and reporting, including development of dashboards and reports to track HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • You are the Key point of contact for the Group, Regional CoEs, and local OEs on the localization of modules, new digital tools, and processes and provide regular feedback to Group on the performance and improvement of systems and processes.
Rewards and performance: - * You will support, develop & maintain specific RP policies & guidelines to ensure consistency within the region and with regular interaction with Group (based on global strategy, policies, and templates); ensures governance on all Allianz Senior Executive+ and CEO-1 positions.
  • You will drive Global RP initiatives in the region. And adherence to Group guidelines and Consultant to all AZAP OEs in the region on Rewards and performance topics, strategy, and design.
  • You will lead the Annual Performance Management cycle for the region from target setting to year-end calibration/review, leads and runs year-end merit increment and variable pay exercise for Senior Executives and CEO - 1 population, leads and run process of regular AZAP Compensation Committee topics.
  • You will oversee Benchmarking and Market Data sourcing activities to ensure consistent market comparison philosophy across the region and work closely with survey vendors on maintaining a regional benchmarking framework.
What you bring * Deep expertise in the SuccessFactors system or any HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Advanced data literacy, and data visualisation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of RP policies & processes.
  • Strong understanding of regional business challenges (present & future), combined with a curiosity for digital innovations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with several stakeholders & interfaces.
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders, build support & influence outcomes in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, execution & problem-solving skills to succeed in a challenging & changing environment; Change agent & customer orientated ;HR project management experience.
  • Proven track record in coordinating global processes, including non-RP-related topics.
  • Experience in change management projects and technical know-how of the success factor platform.
  • Experience working in a virtual team and developing strong working relationships/network within the CoE community.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and additional regional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa...) are a plus.
  • You possess a Master\'s Degree level qualified in a relevant field, ideally legal, finance, or economics.
  • 10+ years of combined expertise in RP/ HR Systems and HR reporting expert-related topics.
