Job Description


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Regional Head of Delivery to oversee project management and implementation activities across South East Asia and North Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and implementation, with the ability to lead and coordinate delivery efforts in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects across South East Asia, and North Asia region. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
  • Implementation Excellence: Drive implementation excellence by ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet established quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, both regionally and globally, to ensure alignment of delivery strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources to optimize project outcomes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into project progress and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices related to project management and implementation.

  • Business Focus: Ability to work through ambiguity while remaining focused on achieving business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
