Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head of Strategic Accounts to drive sales, account management, and expansion strategies across the Thailand, Malaysia, and North Asia region. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to expand and nurture key accounts in a dynamic and diverse market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead the strategic accounts team to achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated region.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and devise strategies to expand business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to develop effective sales and account management strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support account growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets related to strategic account activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, offering insights into account performance and growth strategies.
  • Market Presence: Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales and account management.
