Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage External Recruitment

  • Sourcing applicants (internal/external, direct/via agents), screening applicants, preparation of selection process, coordination and participation in interviews, facilitating final decision and preparation of the employment offer.
2. HR Administration
  • Creation of HR letters for all of the employee journey from offer letter, contract of employment, changes to terms and conditions, promotion, exit etc.
  • Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees including the creation of employee ID, IT set-up, SAP record, creation of payroll records, and arranging induction programme in coordination with the line manager.
  • Coordinate the application of Work Permit and Employment Pass ensuring compliance and eligibility to work.
  • Administration of HR policies and procedures in compliance with the collective agreements and statutory provisions of each client group country.
  • Coordination of employee benefits administration eg registration and renewal of medical benefits, pension scheme, annual leave, and flight benefits as required.
  • Manage SAP in conjunction with the AF and KL head office teams.
  • Continuous improvement in process design and delivery.
  • Ensure data protection compliance.
  • Reporting of HR data as required including sickness absence, annual leave accrual etc
3. Payroll Administration
  • Manage the payroll processes from data input to monthly and annual payroll reporting for local staff and expatriates.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time processing of all payrolls within client group countries either by direct processing or via a third-party provider.
  • Checking temporary data such as overtime and shift premiums to ensure accuracy and compliance with collective agreements.
  • Execution of the annual pay review including updated pay values and letters.
  • Implementation of variable pay such as annual performance bonuses, jubilee, 13th-month payments, and profit share where application.
4. Involve in the Human Capital Development program
  • Promotion of the existing training and development options towards the managers and staff.
  • Collection of learning needs, creation of overall training plan, follow up and reporting.
  • Registration of training in SAP as required
5. Manage HR Projects & Developments
  • Involvement and leadership of HR projects as required.
6. Corporate Social Responsibility & Well-being
  • Build CSR into HR and people processes and policies, ensuring suppliers are also in compliance with the company values and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS Knowledge and experience:
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources/Business Administration; experience within the airline industry will be an advantage
  • Successful experience in HR/Admin environment (2/3 years experience)
