Job Responsibilities



Support regional HR operations across multiple subsidiaries in Asia, covering recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, promotion, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with headquarters on HR-related matters, including system enhancements, process alignment, and reporting. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between regional offices and global HR. Contribute to standardizing HR policies and practices across the region.

Requirements



Degree holder in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role, with solid knowledge of HR processes Experience in cross-border collaboration or managing regional/global HR projects is a plus Proficiency in business-level English (both written and spoken) is essential. Korean language skills are also required to effectively communicate with the Korean headquarters.
