As part of the Regional HR team, work closely with HR teams across 9 Asian subsidiaries.
Oversee overall regional HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, promotion, and evaluation.
Facilitate communication between Headquarters and the Asia region on HR management and system improvement matters.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate HR Management.
Good understanding of HR performance analysis and operations.
Experience in preparing reports for management review.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
