About the role

Working closely with our Regional HR Compensation & Benefits team, the Regional HR Intern will assist with daily operational processes, as well as C&B related projects. This 6-month full-time internship commences in January 2024.

What you will be doing

  • Learn and experience how to manage end to end lifecycle of an employee\xe2\x80\x99s journey from onboarding to offboarding with the company
  • Opportunity to enhance and review new-comers orientation program
  • Review of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Take ownership in promoting employee\xe2\x80\x99s benefits and assistance program
  • Provide reporting and analyzing data to Government agencies and management
  • Involve in job benchmarking exercise for Asia Pacific
  • Support in any other HR ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

The successful candidate:

Essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good inter-personal, teamwork and organisation skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Great attention to details, meticulous
  • Motivated and pro-active
  • Good command of written and spoken English
Desirable
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business related disciplines is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in HRMS, systems or design software is an added advantage
