You will establish close collaboration with key stakeholders in the regional team while partnering with global HR teams in aligning the brand image. You will function as a retail and corporate HR business partner, driving HR strategy across all areas including organization development, recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, the SEA team. Your regional portfolio will cover the SEA markets.What we\'d like to see in youYou will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with also 2 years of experience as a people manager. Expertise in employee relations to conflict resolution will be a mandate for this role. You will also be someone who is operationally strong and has an in-depth knowledge of the mass retail market in the SEA region.
