Job Description
- Manage day-to-day HR operational activities
- Responsible for payroll processing for Singapore office as well as CPF and taxes submission
- In-charge of Talent Management activities to attract and retain talents within the company
- In-charge of yearly performance & salary review exercise and manage compensation & benefit programs
- Conduct market survey and analysis on salary to ensure competitiveness
- Develop and implement HR strategic plans according to organization goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR practices
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
- At least 10 year experience in HR management.
- Experience managing regional HR.
- Familiarity with Asian market environment and business practices.
