In-charge of Talent Management activities to attract and retain talents within the company
In-charge of yearly performance & salary review exercise and manage compensation & benefit programs
Conduct market survey and analysis on salary to ensure competitiveness
Develop and implement HR strategic plans according to organization goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR practices
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
At least 10 year experience in HR management.
Experience managing regional HR.
Familiarity with Asian market environment and business practices.
