Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Regional HSSE & Risk CoordinatorWork DynamicsContractual compliance HSSE/Risk and auditing supportSupport regional HSSE, Ops Aide and client generated compliance reviews at a site/FM level as required.Support inspections and audits to measure compliance with procedures and determine corrective action.Support training of facilities management staffs on site to be able to perform their HSSE compliance tasks.Support FM teams to identify and close out any non- conformance issues identified across the account.Client service deliverySupport consistent service delivery across all sites in line with current facilities management framework.As required, maintain minuted HSSE meetings with the client and account staff using teleconference facilities where required.Support the review of incident reports and associated actions.Contractor performance measurement and managementSupport development and implementation of processes and procedures to allow regional Facilities & HSSE management staff to monitor contractors to ensure they meet compliance requirements.Support contractor performance and reviews as required.Staff training & technical supportAssist all facilities staff in achieving contractual compliance through regular on-site meetings and teleconferences.Support delivery of regional training programs on latest industry practice or legislation.Support development of operating procedures as required.Operations InterfaceMaintain a close working relationship with the site operations teams.Help to ensure sites obtain annual building compliance certifications and maintaining landlord compliance registers as required on a country-by-country basisAssist with the implement of client and JLL HSSE and EOS policies, practices, and programs at account level.Assist with the achievement of high HSSE standards in the prevention of accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client.Any other tasks not stated here that are consistent and in line with the role of HSSE/Risk Coordinator (such as dangerous goods support coordination)Key Performance IndicatorsContribute to achieving all HSSE and EOS, compliance, and risk management requirements for the accountProvide superior client serviceHelp to maintain HSSE/Risk documentation and recordsEnhance own professional and personal skillsAssist with training and support of IFM staff.The person who assumes this role requires below:Represent Jones Lang LaSalle in the region by behaving consistently with cultural and company requirementsProvide services to the client in keeping with their cultural and company requirementsWork cooperatively with colleaguesWork towards individual as well as team targetsDemonstrate a pro-active approach to issuesActively escalate issues & take action as directedActively search-out opportunities to achieve better or best results and increase the service delivery provided by Jones Lang LaSallePromote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, peers, and clientsGain respect of superiors, peers, and clientsListens effectively and communicate through actions and exampleUse clear, strong written and oral communication skills within the teamLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
